This is a recipe i was given by my mother form an old Hutterite cook book i love it as it is so easy whether it done by hand in in a noodle maker 

21/2 c flour 
1 tsp salt 
4 eggs 
4 tbsp water 
combine the liquids 
then gradually add the dry  to make a smooth dough this can be done in a mixer and then pressed out by a noodle maker
A little advice for the noodle maker 
try to keep them separated 
when making macaroni... , slice directly into boiling water then strain out and as parboiled. store for fresh or frozen use. 
 or
let rest for 20 min.
then roll out let set
roll out again until thin
dust lightly and roll up like you would cinnamon buns then slice the same to make linguine or spaghetti ...
this can be dried or used fresh
