Stuffed bacon wrapped chicken breasts

2 cups shredded jalapeños cheese (sharp cheese)

2 cups of chopped cooked meet –chicken, ham,beef sausage…

5 chopped mushrooms

1 chopped pepper

1 small fine chopped onion

 (or create your own filling)

Blend

Take

4 medium chicken breasts

Carefully slice down the center being careful not to go all the way through

Fold open

Slice a pocket in each exposed side

(Oh by the way if you notice it's a guys hands that's because my honey is the chef)

Spread breast and stuff  

Wrap with bacon slice (*optional)

Secure with toothpick

Bake till cooked through out 350
