BBQ Chicken Cornbread Muffins
Makes 12 - Serving Size 2 Muffins
Double, Triple, Quadruple as needed

1 1/2 c corn meal
1 c white flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 c buttermilk
1 egg
1/4 vegetable oil
BBQ Chicken - shredded or chopped into small bits
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
