Incredible Apple Pumpkin Strudel Pie

Incredible  Apple Pumpkin Strudel Pie

 

Makes two pies.  

Temp 425*

 

 

Pumpkin mixture

2 large c or 4 small or 6c Pumpkin

1c Cream or Milk

8 Eggs

3c Brown Sugar

2tsp Cinnamon

1tsp Nutmeg

1tsp Cloves

 

~Mix together all above in bowl

 

Apple Mixture 

 

6 pealed sliced Apples

1tbsp Cinnamon

1c Brown sugar

 

 ~Mix and Set aside

 

Strudel Topping

 

1 ½ c flour

¾ c Brown Sugar

1c Butter

 

~Cut together and set aside
